Every NoBakwaas piece is made specifically for you (print-on-demand), which means we can’t accept returns or exchanges for reasons like “changed my mind” or a wrongly selected size. Please check our Size Guide carefully before ordering.
When We DO Offer a Replacement or Refund
We’ll make it right, free of cost, if:
You received a damaged or defective product
You received the wrong product/print
The package arrived visibly tampered or damaged in transit
To claim, email us at support@nobakwaas.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, a clear photo/video of the issue, and (if possible) an unboxing video. Claims without proof or reported after 48 hours may not be accepted.
How Refunds Work
Once approved, you can choose a replacement (subject to stock) or a refund. Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of approval. For COD orders, refunds are issued via bank transfer/UPI.
Order Cancellations
Since production starts almost immediately, orders can only be cancelled within 2 hours of placing them. Write to support@nobakwaas.com right away if you need to cancel.
